Abstract: The purpose of this analysis is to assess the impacts of alternative carbon tax paths on US energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2 ) emissions. The sole focus is on the emissions impact of CLC’s first pillar and this brief does not consider the impacts of any pillars on households or industry.
