Abstract: This article is related to the justice system of the sub-continent. It has been discussed in detail that justice is one of the basic rights of mankind. In the sub-continent, some of the rulers have their fame to provide justice to everyone on their doorstep. It not only examines the evolution of the codification of Islamic laws in the sub-continent during colonial rule but also how this codification influences the legal regime of the sub-continent and partially influences Islamic Law.
