Abstract: This study explores drivers for consumers' acceptance of Q-Commerce services as a part of their daily activities. Q-Commerce emerged as a service delivery option three years back, riding the boom of e-tailing during the pandemic, and offered quicker services to consumers, often within a few minutes of ordering. Although sometimes heavily criticized for their impact on the environment and public safety, Q-Commerce has grown steadily across the world in specific markets. It is interesting to note that although it has emerged as a popular service, literature is sparse in the area. We attempt to study the demand side drivers for this consumption by adopting a qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted among consumers in Europe and a few other emerging markets. The analysis presents some themes in the study.
