Abstract: Bandung city known as the town with the attractive shopping destinations. The city also aims to become the city's creative economy, which is necessary to make it happens for UMKM continue to grow. Heyjacker Company as UMKM in the field of fashion should be braced by continuing to maintain and improve the quality of its products in order to remain competitive with other similar UMKM. In the process of production of parkas, Heyjacker Company often produce defective products almost reached 10% of the total production in the month. This study uses the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) by using the New seven Tools in every stage. Through six sigma method, it can be seen that the sigma value of 3.96 with DPMO 6911.53. In the define phase diagram SIPOC used to determine the relationship between the input and output process. Phase analyze tree diagram used to determine the main cause of any disability, this phase is the development of a common factor causes of defects that have previously been searched using affinity diagrams. The results of this study showed that six sigma can reduce product defect rate parka on Heyjacker Company. Factors causing disability is influenced by the employees, facilities and infrastructure, working techniques, tools and working materials. However, employees and technical factors dominating factor causing work disability parkas productmon Heyjacker Company
