Abstract: The world of offshoring has come a long way in recent years. This experience allows us to make certain inferences about its potential and recommendations on how it can best be utilized. This paper aims to provide a description of the state of offshoring, a summary of best practices, and to answer the key questions in the minds of management today regarding this massive trend.
