Abstract:
Mass affluent clients have become a very attractive part of the overall wealth management industry. While response to this growing market has been swift, the success stories are quite rare. In this paper, we review the history of the wealth management industry to identify a number of important trends for servicing mass affluent customers and offer a point of view on where those trends will take the industry.
