Abstract: In this article, we propose a synthetic model of information structuring and broadcasting within companies and around them. We insist on showing the relationships that must exist between network techniques, organizational structures and corporate human resources. The information systems conception method we present here permits to create ergonomic managerial decision helping tools. This paper is made in the continuity of precedent works dedicated to the building of corporate decision networks.
