Abstract:
Faced to the globalization process, regional development in Mexico shall address new challenges, particularly when referring to the competitiveness of the regions and social survival. Given that in this a country a high percentage of companies are small and medium sized, it is essential to promote their installation in different regions of this country. With the creation of new companies, economic, social,environmental, and territorial development is acquired in many regions. In this sense, the creation of new companies or alliances must be encouraged through society to detonate the dynamic productivity of a region.
