Abstract: One of the main problems within the national development process is the lack of consideration and comprehension of the regional policy in general and the role of the internal factor by federal state in particular. As a result an economic system not only highly dependent of the external variables, but also unable to generate an economic opportunities at regional level. To cope with such situation, the macroeconomic approach must take into consideration the microeconomic environment at regional level and foster its development and strengthen.
