Abstract: Treatment plants represent all the structures and installations, where the waters are submitted of sewage treatment processes, which modified their qualities, so they get to meet the conditions prescribed, receipt in the environment and removal of substances held in these waters. The concept of risk in construction and operation of wastewater treatment plants for the purposes of these analyzes risk the possibility of events that can result in damage. The concept of risk in project management is analyzed from the first moments of its definition. In this theory management concept all actions have an effect on risk margin construction safety, security or environmental protection society members.
