Abstract: In carrying out this work we aim to highlight the particular theoretical and practical aspects of quality management processes in research of my doctoral thesis: The role of leadership in organizational performance. In this regard we had the impact on quality management organization, trying to highlight the role it can play human resources management in general and particularly the leadership in implementing quality management in the organization. To highlight as clearly how quality assurance leadership influence in an organization have treated issues such as management responsibility for achieving quality human resources for quality management and quality prizes. All this theoretical approach was punctuated by examples in the form of case studies presented in the Annexes.
