Abstract: The paper " Identifying features of personality which ensures professional succes of attorneys" tries to capture the personality dimensions that support the success of professional attorneys. In this approach we have used the following methods of psihodiagnostic: EPI, Questionnaire "mentality towards working" and Questionnaire "satisfaction towards working". The objectives of this study are : identification of psychoprofesionals features that promote the professional success of young lawyers and to determine the level of their professional satisfaction. The conclusions are the folowing: the success of professional young attorneys it is not correlated with emotional stability, but with experience and level of training.
