Abstract:
The present study investigates a situational field of great significance for the psychology of organizations, meaning motivation, culture and the organizational culture, satisfaction and performance. It pursues the presentation and the discussion of the definitions and theories for motivation, organizational culture and performance- relevant parameters and the relation satisfaction/performance, as well as the consideration of performance from the view of the relation with motivation. Starting from these dimensions with an experimental measure it had been tried to determine the role the organizational climate it had to achieve the professional performance by one side, and by the other side to elaborate and validate a scientific system of evaluation of the professional performance.
