Abstract:
The article discusses the nature and importance of the organizational climate. It defines approaches to understanding this concept from the standpoint of various sciences: philosophy, social psychology, personnel management. Theoretical approaches to understanding the organizational climate are considered. It is noted that the organizational climate affects the psychological well-being and the effectiveness of the employee in the workforce. The signs of a decrease in the level of psychological climate in relations with colleagues and the manager, the emergence of difficulty in self-esteem and in personal life, etc. are shown. The authors focus on the factors that positively affect the formation of the organizational climate in the team. The approaches to improving the organizational climate are given, including: trainings, team building, formal and informal meetings with management, career development. It is concluded that the improvement of the organizational climate should be one of the main indicators of the labor efficiency of all managers of the organization.
