Actual problems of management of nonprofit organizations in the field of prevention and correction of socially dangerous forms of behavior

Abstract:
In article non-profit organizations in the sphere of prevention and correction of socially dangerous forms of behavior as important economic subjects which activity is directed to the solution of important public tasks in economic space of the region are considered. The modern transformational processes proceeding in public and economic life of our country lead to growth of the importance of data of the organizations that forms demand for the social benefits and services created by them. The specifics of activity of such organizations allocate them special characteristics that causes features of nonprofit organizations as objects of management that in turn assumes creation of the mechanisms of management suitable them leaning on peculiar factors of management and on specific resources of data of the organizations. Article is based on use of methods of an empirical and theoretical research, for example, of a method of the analysis of the economic interests, methods of modeling of activity, the system analysis allowing to consider processes and the phenomena in their interrelation. The research conducted by authors showed lack of scientific works on management of non-profit organizations in the sphere of prevention and correction of socially dangerous forms of behavior. In the course of the research results which demonstrate that most of respondents has a high readiness for risk were received, there are professional competences of high level, the persons who successfully underwent social correction are involved in activity of non-profit organizations. The analysis of results of questioning allowed authors to establish the factors determining the content of management non-profit organizations in the sphere of prevention and correction of socially dangerous forms of behavior. The interview with representatives of data of the organizations showed that a certain part of the volunteers participating in social projects can pass into the structure of permanent staff, and significant part of them is made by the people who underwent social correction also once being patients of the studied organizations. The reasons of attraction to activity of the studied organizations of the persons which successfully underwent social correction are established: 1) this category of workers has successful experience of transformation of the personality; 2) such workers are deeply shipped in specifics of activity of the studied organizations and have experience of assessment of the provided social services from the patient.
