Research of the export code of industrial development of regional economy: identification and assessment

Abstract: Search of new sources of industrial development of the regions which are in dynamic conditions of managing is relevant today. Therefore, the assumption that the region has "a multilayered memory" causing reproduction of structure of economic functioning of its society and also ways of interaction of his members and their communications became an author's hypothesis. Within this hypothesis methodological features of such "dynamic" codes of industrial development as innovative, digital and export are presented. Special attention was paid to a research of the export code which forms one of the priority directions of industrial development of the region by generation of impulses of economic growth now. For identification of these impulses the method of the correlation analysis which also served as the instrument of modeling of their influence on VRP of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation was used. As the main results the dependences reflecting the fact that the Russian industrial export during 2011 – 2016 has no innovative basis were received and has an impact on a condition of regional economy only through a prism of stimulation of growth of volume of own production of industrial output and also increase in tax contributions to the consolidated budgets of territories. The conclusions received by authors concern updating of creation on the basis of regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry and territorial offices of the Russian export center of the business platforms stimulating export activity of the industrial enterprises and also development of institutional mechanisms of monitoring of their foreign business activity.
