Abstract:
This Paper illustrates the correlation between the implementation of effective corporate communi cation and productivity, and concludes that communication, when properly implemented, creates room for efficiency, and this has positive effects on productivity. The even application of both internal and external communication will enhance the quality of output, leading to customer, stakeholder and shareholder satisfaction. The central argument in this paper is the association of the importance and impact of internal communi cation on productivity in companies. There are many ways to affect productivity, one of which is the implementation of sound collaborative communication. When the right information is transmitted to the right staff at the right time, and the information is processed accordingly, even at tough and challenging times, productivity would still be positively affected.
