Abstract:
With the Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI), the personal styles of decision-making and management respectively can be measured in the form of a caseby- case analysis in the context of 16 specified situations. Within the framework of the LJI preference values, the following variants can be determined: directive, consultative, consensual and delegating style of decision-making or management respectively. The LJI judgement scores provide information about the manager's judgement, to show the ability in a specified situation to implement a particular type of behaviour. In this context, the judgement score of the directive, consultative, consensual and delegating style of management is determined. The overall judgement score determines the integral appropriateness of the use of the decision-making or management styles of the manager.
