Abstract: Great Britain voted for the BREXIT. This situation affects nearly all relevant areas of the economical and the juridical system. Also the higher educational law will be affected distinctly. Many changes will be the result, when the british higher education will get juridical "non-EU-education". Privileges within the EU won´t be valid for british academic degrees. Will there be a conservation of the status quo?
