Abstract: R. Yu. Valov was born on September 2, 1977 in the town of Sukhoi Log, Sverdlovsk Region. He began his career in 1996 at school № 17 as a physical education teacher. He worked his way up from a teacher to the head of the Education Department of the Sukhoi Log Municipal District Administration. On January 1, 2013, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Sukhoi Log Municipal District Administration, and on June 26, 2017 he took up the post of Head of the Sukhoi Log Municipal District.
