Abstract:
This article deals with application of motivation and stimulation methods for middle managers in the effective foreign credit and financial organizations aimed at its reasonable adaptation to the Russian conditions. On the example of 12 companies of the bank sphere, representing different national models of management – American, Japanese and European, which were the first ones seriously addressed to this problem, the author gave a detailed analysis of methods and forms of motivation and stimulation for middle managers. The received data demonstrate that in search of competitiveness, these organizations improve organizational management in all their subjective and objective components optimize a personnel management system in general and a motivation and stimulation function as a key one in particular. Thus, case study of motivation and stimulation methods and forms for middle managers in the selected credit and financial companies will allow us to create an analog model, which can become an orienting point for the Russian credit and financial organizations at a certain stage of development.
