Abstract:
The purpose is to study the socio-political component of working time and to compare it with the legal and economic content based on the current regulations governing working time in the Russian Federation. For deeper understanding of the problem, interrelation and differences between socio-political, legal and economic content of working time have been revealed. A comparative method of research is applied. A comparative analysis of legal, economic and political elements in the content of working time is carried out. In addition, functional, comparative legal and formal logic methods of cognition were used in the complex. The main directions of studying the socio-political aspect in the content of working time are formulated. Taking into account the development of new forms of employment and types of working time, the results of the study can contribute to the introduction of more flexible working conditions. The study of the socio-political content of working time within the framework of international political mechanisms of working time regulation is conditioned by the fact that now in the period of reforming the Russian system of labor relations the issue of new forms of working time and increasing the efficiency of its use is sharply outlined. Therefore, new requirements for international political mechanisms of working time regulation are of key importance. It is also important to generalize the theory and practice of using working time and its types in foreign countries in order to improve the policy of the Russian labor legislation
