Abstract:
Purpose. To analyze the features of the system of public administration in the sphere of education on the example of the Department of Education of Magnitogorsk administration, Chelyabinsk region. Methods. The study was conducted using analytical and statistical analysis methods. Results and practical significance. The resultsof the study can be used in the analysis of the education system of Magnitogorsk and the features of its management. Scientific novelty. The authors concluded that the reform of the quality management system of educational services should be carried out in conjunction with the local authorities of the city of Magnitogorsk and the public authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, public, professional and educational organizations and institutions to obtain the most significant results. The analysis of the main data on the number allowed the authors to justify the importance of joint work on improving the efficiency of education management, as well as the quality of educational processes for schoolchildren and preschoolers of the city of Magnitogorsk. The authors analyzed the features of management in the field of education in the city of Magnitogorsk on the example of preschool, general and additional education. It was concluded that the improvement of public administration in the field of education and the expansion of access to educational services by the Department of Education of the city of Magnitogorsk would contribute to the development of human capital in the region, as well as provide the population with free and equal access to school education. The authors also substantiate the need to improve the regulatory framework governing the sphere of educational activities of local governments and public authorities of the region.
