Abstract:
The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the triumphal procession of new digital technologies and revolutionary scientific discoveries in various fields is steadily gaining momentum. In this regard, this study analyzes the processes of development and transformation of the concept of human capital management, depending on the stages of industrial development and types of economy. Conceptual positions of human capital management in the conditions of the sixth industrial structure are formulated, conceptual positions of human capital management in these conditions are defined. In addition, the author analyzes the relationship between the concepts of human capital management and their application at different time stages of industry and production. The author also notes the main features of human capital management at the stage of formation of the sixth technological mode. The practical significance of the research is that their correct interpretation will allow enterprises to choose the right strategy in managing the human capital of enterprises.
