Abstract: The article is dedicated to author’s standing on the issue of practical use of innovations. Modern economic conditions depend on incorporation of recent advances in management and administration, from individual entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized businesses to the whole state. Only state’s impact on this issue could change public and municipal administration system.
