Abstract:
Technology of personnel reserve formation in the working process of company managers in the field of management is of considerable interest, both for scientific and practical workers. The problem of formation of a personnel reserve in the modern organization is urged to solve such problems, as: improvement of development of the personnel, ensuring professional growth of the employees, creation of conditions for creation of career. A distinctive feature of planning of a personnel reserve is orientation to personal advances, their sequence and actions accompanying them. Development of a complex of all advances, movements and dismissals of all employees is for this purpose necessary. Effective functioning of a reserve of shots allows to provide replacement of vacancies in case of death, an illness, holiday, business trip and dismissal of workers, and also retirement. Thus the operating personnel reserve allows in advance, on planned, agrees scientifically and it is rational to almost reasonable program to train candidates for the vacancies which are again created and subject to replacement, effectively to organize training and training of the experts included in a reserve to use them on various directions and levels in a control system.The article discusses the special points of work with a reserve, budgeting, curriculum development. In particular, coaching, as one of the most effective methods of training reservists is considered.
