Abstract: The article deals with the analysis of the situation in the pre-school education in Chelyabinsk region. The authors state the problems; forecast the tendencies of developing regional system of education. Aspects of forecasting the main data of the system of pre-school educationby applying methodology of moving forecasting are revealed. Special attention is given to considering the main tendencies of developing the system of pre-school education.
