Abstract: The need of systematic explanatory and propaganda activities among representatives of employers on a subject of duties in the sphere of labor protection, and the available possibilities of financing of actions for labor protection is proved in the article. This work is, in fact, one of the forms of development of institutional trust promoting, finally, the increase of efficiency of standard and legal regulation. A special role in carrying out this task is played by higher educational institutions of legal specialization. Keywords : labor protection, development of institutional trust, legal regulation
