Abstract:
This article discusses the problem of transition to the new system of technical regulation in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Space caused by institutional differences and the peculiarities of national approaches to safety, quality and competitiveness. The lack of a uniform terminology, diversity of State systems of technical regulation, the establishment of regulatory nadnacional?nyhorganov this field gives rise to an objective need for the harmonization of the General requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union.
