Abstract:
In article theoretical and practical problems of transformation of state regulation of a labor market in the conditions of development of the market relations in Russia are considered. As a result of the carried-out analysis modern approaches to the solution of problems of state regulation of economy as a whole are defined, on the one hand, with another – national features and regularities of regulation of a labor market are revealed. Conclusions and the offers offered by the author, are based on scientifically reasonable methodology of the research which sense is that the labor market and employment of the population are considered as interdependent elements of the general macroeconomic policy of the state.
