Abstract:
In the economic relations of society fundamental changes undergo and it gives a fresh look at the role and place of the state in economy, on its relationship with the business. The system of placing of the state contract is to counteract corruption in this sphere, the overcoming of which is expected to be implemented through clear regulation of the procedure of placing order and introduction of the system of penalties for administrative offences. Existing legislation does not provide unified approaches to the regulation of the entire cycle of placement and performance of the state order.
