Abstract: The article analyzes the benefits of using cluster instruments in regional agricultural policy, among them: financial stability of cluster structures, the improvement of competitiveness of enterprises-participants of cluster, innovative orientation participants of the cluster, synergetic effect of regional development. Given the highlighted advantages of the proposed structure agro cluster, including internal, aroundclusters and innovative environment. The article gives an overview of possible strategies to encourage cluster development in the region from the public administration.
