Abstract: The purpose of this work is to identify the prerequisites and prospects for the development of marketing of healthcare organizations in modern Russia. To identify the prerequisites for the development of marketing of healthcare organizations in modern Russia, this paper uses the method of statistical information analysis (trend analysis method) and the method of logical analysis. The information and analytical basis for the study was the materials of the latest studies conducted and presented on the official website of the Federal state statistics service (Rosstat) for 2017. in dynamics for 25 years. As a result of the study, the author concludes that for the successful modernization of health care in modern Russia it is necessary to develop the marketing of or-ganizations working in this field. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the activities of public health organizations in the absence and in the presence of the need for marketing and proposed a promising model of marketing of public health organizations in modern Russia.
