Abstract: The purpose of article is the research of structural and institutional parameters of reproduction of collectivist and individualistic values in the vital strategy of Russians. The author of article recognizes that in formation of vital strategy of Russians the vital purposes which are implemented in the context of assessment of chances, a corridor of opportunities and models of success and usefulness are priority. According to the author's position, social inequalities and the weak institutional environment exert the blocking impact on valuable set of Russians that is resulted in symbolism of collectivist values and an instrumentalization of individualistic values.
