Abstract:
Comparative characteristics of the formation of motivation of students of dental and medical faculties at the stage of initial stage of professional development. Monopoly mechanism of admission of applicants to medical school in the form of Unified state examination is often the cause of erroneous choice of profession and the formation of a crisis professional development specialist. The modern model of production of educational services in a medical University needs to create a system of sociological support of formation of professional competence of future doctors. An analysis of selected aspects of the choice of the medical profession.
