Abstract: The article examines in detail the current problems of the domestic construction complex, including at the regional level. On the basis of this work, the prerequisites for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of management of this segment were revealed. The author formulated the definition of this concept and systematized its key elements. In addition, it was proposed to create an effective management system based on a single regional network of construction companies.
