Abstract: The article is devoted to the scientific research in the framework of the formation of the institutional mechanism for development of the electronics industry in the Russian Federation on the basis of network interaction. The key provisions of the article imply the factors and barriers to the development of Russian electronics. In addition, the suggestions have been formulated for the development of the industry in the paradigm of the institutional mechanism as well as the process of transformation of the electronics industry.
