Abstract: The article deals with the domestic system of personnel motivation in the conditions of Western economic sanctions, which led to significant changes in the labor market. The increase in the cost of production of goods and services leads to a deterioration in the financial stability of the enterprise, its financial condition, which entails a decrease in the motivation of production activities. The author proposes a number of measures aimed at increasing the motivation of employees in the conditions of modern economic changes.
