Abstract:
The economy of the modern Russian region is a rather complex and multifaceted object of regulation. The complex and diverse system of the regional economy in modern conditions cannot be regulated by a single set of instruments. Despite the fact that the system of public administration should be stable, which entails the problem of static and mobility, modern global trends urgently require the introduction of new methods, methods and tools of regulation.
