Abstract:
This article is devoted to the consideration of the formation of terrorist installations by radical groups through the spread of destructive ideology through media channels leads to an increase in social tension in society. Using new media, especially the Internet, which is focused mainly on the people of the younger generation, members of terrorist groups are actively recruiting, teaching, and disseminating radical information. Moreover, with the help of social networks and instant messengers they are looking for sources of funding. The result of such a widespread activity of radical structures in the media space was the steady growth of illegal materials and, as a result, an increase in supporters of terrorist ideology among young people, at any time prone to radicalism in solving problems of a local and global nature. It can be argued that the work of terrorists in the media space is transformed under the influence and demand of certain media. This encourages representatives of destructive groups to create new approaches and tools to promote the destructive ideology and recruit new supporters into their ranks.
