Abstract: The relevance of the study of the political culture of civil servants and municipal employees due to the fact that the latter are implementers of public policy. In sociology, the study of political culture of civil servants and municipal employees is possible from the standpoint of different approaches. The author raises the question of the place of research of political culture of this socio-professional group and considers them as one of the research areas in sociology - sociology of political culture of civil and municipal employees.
