Abstract: The article analyzes the political aspects of combating the penetration of organized crime into the power structures at various levels, examines the nature and characteristics of hybrid technologies, assesses the possibility of a negative impact on political decision-making. The author proposes certain measures to op-timize the state policy in order to counter these challenges and threats, in order to ensure the national security of Russia.
