Abstract: E-trade development in Russia caused the necessity of enhancement of organization of goods delivery. The article discusses current trends in the returns of goods of online trading. The services for the delivery of goods are analyzed using the example of DPD, IML, SEDEC, Boxberry fulfillment operators. The application of the rating method when choosing transport is not fully effective, because it does not take into account the specifics of on-line trade. The use of methods of categories of preferences and rating estimates helps to optimize the return of goods. The main criteria for selecting courier companies while returning goods are proposed.
