Abstract: The article considers the main trends in the modernization and development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of ports and adjacent territories. The possibility of integrating regional transport and logistics systems of the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Crimea is considered. Possible tools for increasing the efficiency of product management in seaports and in the integration processes of the regions are given.
