Abstract:
The problem of training of competitive specialists becomes especially urgent in the conditions of digitalization of processes and results of activity in the sphere of higher education. The competitiveness of graduates of higher educational institutions, their ability to meet the high requirements of the professional labor market is determined by the quality of education primarily. The quality of education can be assessed through student satisfaction. In this article results of research and an assessment of index of satisfaction of graduates with quality of education on the example of Federal University are presented. The results were obtained on the basis of systematization of theoretical approaches and practices to identify criteria of satisfaction of students with higher education in bachelor's and master's degrees. The parameters of satisfaction such as: "the possibility of conducting research, participation in conferences", "equipment with material and technical equipment", "organization of the educational process", "the effectiveness of interaction with the supervisor", "the level of professionalism of scientific and pedagogical workers" are identified and evaluated as the results of the study.
