Abstract:
Based on a study of the theoretical principles of conflict management, the article explores the possibilities of preventing and resolving problematic factors at the global level. In this regard, particular importance is attached to the role of world-regulation institutions as subjects of world politics, whose efforts are aimed at resolving crisis situations. As part of the review of international institutions, attention is focused on the main entity in maintaining international security - the UN, in which the level of effectiveness of its functioning is analyzed.
