Abstract:
The article considers the role of an effective contract as a flexible tool for motivating research and innovation activities of the University's teaching staff. The analysis of the components of an effective contract, which are the most important criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of an individual scientific and pedagogical worker, and the educational organization as a whole, is carried out. The characteristics of criteria for evaluating labor efficiency are revealed. The article presents the results of the influence of effective contract practice on the specification of working conditions and conditions, improving the competitiveness of educational institutions, creating a healthy socio-psychological climate, corporate environment, and motivating the development of creativity in professional activities. The author substantiates the hypothesis that with the implementation of effective contracts, there will be institutional changes in the University environment.
