Abstract: The article analyzes the problems of the northeast passage using as an alternative transport route for the delivery of goods to European markets. The main natural-economic, financial and other factors that prevent the active operation of NEP are considered. Taking into account changes in the current geopolitical situation, promising measures to minimize them are proposed.
