State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2020, vol. 2, 39-47

Abstract: The research analyzes scientific approaches to solving applied problems of public administration information support. The article provides scientific evidence that the study of information and communication support issues at the present stage of society development takes place in the context of mutually dependent changes in management and communication paradigms. The directions proposed in the course of the research include the development of electronic public administration, improvement of information support for management and service procedures, and the use of modern information and communication support.
