Abstract: The long-term and large-scale institutional changes associated with the situation of a viral pandemic, in fact, transformed the entire spectrum of traditional well-established socio-economic relations in the field of functioning of spheres, industries and regions of the national economy, indicating a new vector of development of the public administration system, including measures of social support and economic regulation of the ongoing processes. The article analyzes the problem of transformation of institutions of socio-economic policy in the context of a long-term epidemiological situation, which remains relevant and requires fundamental development of both methodological substantiation and conceptual approaches, as well as forms, directions and tools of anti-crisis post-pandemic regulation of spheres and branches of the national economic complex.
